Omni Credit Services and First Niagara Bank have reached an agreement! Founded in 1870, First Niagara Bank offers personal and commercial banking, along with investment and insurance products, through banking centers, ATMs and several financial services subsidiaries throughout New York State. Their corporate office is located in Lockport, New York.

Kaplan College is part of Kaplan Higher Education (a subsidiary of The Washington Post Company) one of the nation's leading education providers.
